OnlineEEA2022 Special Offer - For staff not attending the Conference in Hamilton
OnlineEEA2022 will enable staff unable to travel to Hamilton to participate in the sessions and listen to the technical paper presentations relevant to their work, capability development, and interests. Virtual attendees are able to move between sessions and submit questions ‘live’ via the App.
OnlineEEA2022 includes the opportunity to attend and participate online in the Conference keynote speeches and panel session discussions of their choice. There is also the opportunity to connect with Trade Exhibitors via video call or text chat, to learn more about their products and services.
OnlineEEA2022 only applies to Corporate Members who have delegates attending the EEA2022 Conference and is intended to enable additional staff the opportunity to attend the event virtually. There are no restrictions on the number of staff you can register to attend OnlineEEA2022.

Single OnlineEEA2022 Registration
We know from our recent industry survey how important the Conference event is for the interchange of engineering/business knowledge - not just for locals but overseas Exhibitors and attendees. While lots of you are looking forward to our face-to-face event in Hamilton, for those of you not able to attend in person we are offering an online registration. We will be providing a virtual registration that will include access to live streaming of key conference sessions, access to presentations on demand, and access to papers/presentation post Conference. You'll also have the opportunity to meet online with the Exhibitors to talk about their products/services of interest to your businesses .
As NZ and the EEA Conference is still vulnerable to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we are also working to ensure our online options can address any changes in NZ COVID-19 status should that occur.
Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only. Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form.
Each booked green (half) stand will include ONE complimentary exhibitor registration. Each booked yellow (full) stand will include TWO complimentary exhibitor registrations. Each exhibitor registration includes the x2 Trade Exhibition Social Functions, Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunches. The number of complimentary trade exhibitor registrations available per stand is shown on the Stand List, CLICK HERE to view.
If you wish to have additional exhibitors on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlements stated above, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at a cost of $475.00 +GST each before 29 July 2022 and $525.00 +GST each thereafter.
The person from your company who booked your Trade Exhibition Stand/s will be sent an email with a link to online Trade Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in May 2022. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and any additional Trade Exhibitor registrations.
Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee. We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 8 August 2022. No refunds will be issued after 8 August 2022. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected].
COVID-19 and Payments
By September 2022, it is hoped New Zealand's management of COVID-19 will put us in the fortunate position of being able to host major conferences and events, however we have seen that this can change very quickly and we expect there to still be a risk of disruption at the time of the conference. In the first instance, we would look to postpone the conference and your booking would transfer to the new dates. In the unlikely case that the conference needs to shift to a fully online platform, you will be refunded minus the cost of the Virtual Registration Fee. We will work closely with you to ensure you know how to get the most out of the virtual experience. In the case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded. If you wish to change your registration to a virtual booking when the face to face event can still proceed as planned, this will be treated as a cancellation of your registration and the above cancellation terms above will still apply.
Our commitment is to your safety. When we can safely run live events our preference is to do that and we will follow the recommendations covered in the Event Sector Voluntary Code. When we are unable to safely deliver a live event it will be delivered online, using our virtual event technology.

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
