• Access to our virtual event which will give you the opportunity to meet with some of our overseas attendees and exhibitors who are unable to make to the face to face conference.

OnlineEEA2024 Special Offer - For staff not attending the Conference in Christchurch

OnlineEEA2024 will enable staff unable to travel to Christchurch to participate in the sessions and listen to the technical paper presentations relevant to their work, capability development, and interests. Virtual attendees are able to move between sessions and submit questions ‘live’ via the App.

OnlineEEA2024 includes the opportunity to attend and participate online in the Conference keynote speeches and panel session discussions of their choice. There is also the opportunity to connect with Technology Exhibitors via video call or text chat, to learn more about their products and services.

OnlineEEA2024 only applies to Corporate Members who have delegates attending the EEA2024 Conference and is intended to enable additional staff the opportunity to attend the event virtually. There are no restrictions on the number of staff you can register to attend OnlineEEA2024.

The cost of the Corporate Member option is $5,145 incl. GST.

Single OnlineEEA2024 Registration

We know from our recent industry survey how important the Conference event is for the interchange of engineering/business knowledge - not just for locals but overseas Exhibitors and attendees. While lots of you are looking forward to our face-to-face event in Christchurch, for those of you not able to attend in person we are offering an online registration. We will be providing a virtual registration that will include access to live streaming of key conference sessions, access to presentations on demand, and access to papers/presentation post Conference. You'll also have the opportunity to meet online with the Exhibitors to talk about their products/services of interest to your businesses .

Exhibitor Registrations

Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only. Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form.

Each booked green, red or blue stand will include ONE complimentary exhibitor registration. Each booked yellow (full) stand will include TWO complimentary exhibitor registrations. Each exhibitor registration includes the x2 Technology Exhibition Social Functions, Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunches. The number of complimentary trade exhibitor registrations available per stand is shown on the Stand List, CLICK HERE to view.

If you wish to have additional exhibitors on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlements stated above, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at a cost of $540.00 +GST each until 18 June 2024 and $595.00 +GST each thereafter.

The person from your company who booked your Technology Exhibition Stand/s will be sent an email with a link to online Technology Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in late February 2024. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and any additional Technology Exhibitor registrations.

Payment Options

Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee. We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 30 July 2024. No refunds will be issued after 30 July 2024. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing to eea2024@confer.co.nz.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Registration Types

The Member fees apply to Individual and Associate Members and employees working for an EEA Large, Medium/Small Corporate Member. To view the current list of Members, please CLICK HERE.

Graduate Registrations

EEA has introduced a Graduate Membership. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are a Graduate member of the EEA.
