1 Sept: Getting read to arrive

Are you wondering where to go? Morning sessions all start in the Beehive. View the Conference Venues page for more detail. At lunch the conference moves to Pipitea Campus. Both the Rutherford House and nearby Government Buildings will be used so view the schedule for room locations. VUW representatives will be on hand to help guide you to the afternoon sessions.

Where will the registration desk be located? In the mornings it will be inside the Beehive after you pass through security. At lunch it will shift to the Rutherford House for the remainder of the day.

How can I stay updated on any programme changes? Use the event app! Instructions on how to download the event app will be sent out immediately prior to the conference. The app will allow you to view the schedule, create your own schedule, view presenters' bios and abstracts and access helpful information such as maps. We will update the event app throughout the conference and use it to push out important notices to you.
