All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers\u00a0<b>before<\/b> completing your registration <a title=\"\" href=\"mailto:sesoc@confer.co.nz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sesoc@confer.co.nz.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice\/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.<\/p>\n<h4>Registration cancellation and refund policy<\/h4>\n<p>We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to <a href=\"mailto:sesoc@confer.co.nz\">sesoc@confer.co.nz<\/a>. Cancellations received on or before 20 May 2023 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 20 May 2023 (including &#8220;no shows&#8221; at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.<\/p>\n<h4>COVID-19 and Payments<\/h4>\n<p>Our main aim is to hold an in-person conference in Christchurch. If for reasons beyond the control of the registered attendee relating to COVID-19 (such as government-imposed lock downs or travel restrictions), please contact <a href=\"mailto:sesoc@confer.co.nz\">sesoc@confer.co.nz<\/a> to confirm the situation that is preventing you from being able to attend.<\/p>\n<p>If restrictions in New Zealand prevent the event from being able to happen in-person on the planned dates, in the first instance organisers will consider postponement or shifting to a virtual format.
