Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For Group bookings or invoice payments, please contact the conference organiser before completing your registration at sesoc@confer.co.nz

Registration Inclusions
Full Registration includes:

- SESOC Dinner and Awards Evening on 22 June 2023
Full Registration does not include:
- Accommodation and Travel
Day Registration includes:
- Entrance to conference sessions on the day
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea on the day
Day Registration does not include:
- Social Functions, tickets can be purchased separately
- Accommodation and Travel
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and travel including insurance and airport transfers.
Payment

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.
Registration cancellation and refund policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to sesoc@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 20 May 2023 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 20 May 2023 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.
COVID-19 and Payments
Our main aim is to hold an in-person conference in Christchurch. If for reasons beyond the control of the registered attendee relating to COVID-19 (such as government-imposed lock downs or travel restrictions), please contact sesoc@confer.co.nz to confirm the situation that is preventing you from being able to attend.
If restrictions in New Zealand prevent the event from being able to happen in-person on the planned dates, in the first instance organisers will consider postponement or shifting to a virtual format. In the unlikely case of the organiser having to make the decision to cancel the event, you will be fully refunded.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
