David Rowland

David is the Southern Geotechnical Market Lead for Beca and is responsible for growing and strategically developing the Beca geotechnical presence across the South Island. Previously he was the Building Consents & Handover Manager for the Kaikōura NCTIR Alliance and the Geotechnical Functional Lead in the SCIRT alliance in Christchurch. David is a keen collaborator who believes in building strong relationships across organisations and communities to deliver innovative solutions for complex challenges.
