Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For Group bookings or invoice payments, please contact the conference secretariat before completing your registration, nzes2018@confer.co.nz
If you do request an invoice for payment please ensure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

The conference dinner held at the Hunter Lounge (Kelburn Campus, Victoria University of Wellington) on Wednesday 28th November is included in the full registration cost. If you are registering for a day or would like to bring a guest, tickets are available for $100.
The full registration fee includes:
- Entry to all conference sessions
- Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas
- Welcome Mixer on Sunday 25th November
- Opening Conference function on Monday 26th November
- Conference dinner on Wednesday 28th November

Registration cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to nzes2018@confer.co.nz .
Cancellations received on or before 26th October 2018 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 26th October 2018 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
