Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form.<\/p>\n<p>Each booked green, pink or purple stand will include <strong>ONE<\/strong>\u00a0complimentary exhibitor registration. Each booked yellow (full) stand will\u00a0include\u00a0<strong>TWO<\/strong> complimentary exhibitor registrations. Each exhibitor registration includes the x2 Technology Exhibition Social Functions, Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you wish to have additional exhibitors on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlements stated above, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at a cost of $580.00 +GST each until Tuesday 23\u00a0June\u00a0and $645.00 +GST each thereafter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The person from your company who booked your Technology Exhibition Stand\/s will be sent an email with a link to online Technology Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences &amp; Events) in late February 2026. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration\/s and any additional Technology Exhibitor registrations.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Payment Options<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee. We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 07 August 2026. No refunds will be issued after 07 August 2026. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing to <a href=\"mailto:eea2026@confer.co.nz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eea2026@confer.co.nz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Please <a href=\"https:\/\/confer.nz\/eea2026\/terms-and-conditions\/\">CLICK HERE<\/a> to view the Terms &amp; Conditions in relation to purchasing goods or services from Conferences and Events Limited for the Electricity Engineers&#8217; Association Conference.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Specific Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Should you have specific requirements for food, mobility or any other requirements, please let us know at the time you register via the registration form.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Registration Types<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Member fees apply to Individual and Associate Members and employees working for an EEA Large, Medium\/Small Corporate Member. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are a Graduate member of the EEA.
