\n\t\t\tTERMS & CONDITONS\t<\/h1>\n

By purchasing goods or services from Conferences and Events Limited for EEA 2026, the customer is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tConference Cancellation and Refund Policy\t<\/h3>\n\t

We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to eea2026@confer.co.nz<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cancellations received on or before 07 August 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 07 August 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.\u00a0 Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPayments\t<\/h3>\n\t

Full payment MUST be made prior to conference. Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice\/receipt will be issued.<\/p>\n

If requesting invoice payment, any accounts must be paid in full 7 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding registrations any time after 7 days from the date of a tax invoice being sent.<\/p>\n

If payment is not received prior to the conference, conference attendance will be granted only after full payment is made via credit\/debit card onsite. Early bird registrations must be paid by 29 July 2026 or the full registration fee will be charged.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tRegistration Credit Card Payments\t<\/h3>\n\t

We will neither collect nor store your credit card details. On the registration form, you will be directed to use the credit card payment facilities provided by eWay NZ. eWay NZ makes the following statement on security:<\/p>\n

“We take seriously our responsibility to protect the security and privacy of the information we receive via our Sites and Apps. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide via the Sites and Apps against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.”<\/p>\n

Payments by credit card can be made with Visa or Mastercard and may incur a transaction fee.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tCode of Conduct\t<\/h3>\n\t

The EEA values the free exchange of ideas and respectful debate, and we understand our responsibilities in ensuring that our community supports these values. We have therefore committed to providing a harassment-free experience for participants at our hosted and sponsoredevents. Harassment and hostile behaviour is not welcome at any EEA event.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAccommodation Policy\t<\/h3>\n\t

Accommodation can be booked via the information provided on the conference website. Conference & Events Ltd are not responsible for any of your accommodation booking and payments. Please ensure you read and understand the hotel’s terms and conditions as they vary from one hotel to another.<\/p>\n

It is your responsibility to contact the hotel directly for any amendments or cancellation and all payments.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPrivacy Policy\t<\/h3>\n\t

By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the Conference Committee, the venue and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings and conference related items only).<\/p>\n

Your details will be included in the delegate list unless you have indicated otherwise on the first page of this registration form.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tInsurance\t<\/h3>\n\t

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLiability and warranty\t<\/h3>\n\t

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to the sale of goods or services to consumers. If the goods or services are acquired for a business then our liability is limited to the contract price.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDisclaimer\t<\/h3>\n\t

The conference convenors reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. Neither the organisers (Conferences & Events Ltd) nor the convenors shall be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure.<\/p>\n

The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers.<\/p>\n

The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPhotos & Video\t<\/h3>\n\t
