We would like to make you aware of the following policies the EEA2026 conference adheres to:

What your registration includes
- Full conference attendance and catering on 22 - 24 September.
- Social events for delegates and exhibitors with drinks and nibbles on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 September.
Exhibitor Registrations
Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only. Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form.
Each booked green, pink or purple stand will include ONE complimentary exhibitor registration. Each booked yellow (full) stand will include TWO complimentary exhibitor registrations. Each exhibitor registration includes the x2 Technology Exhibition Social Functions, Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunches.
If you wish to have additional exhibitors on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlements stated above, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at a cost of $580.00 +GST each until Tuesday 23 June and $645.00 +GST each thereafter.
The person from your company who booked your Technology Exhibition Stand/s will be sent an email with a link to online Technology Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in late February 2026. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and any additional Technology Exhibitor registrations.
Payment Options
Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee. We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 07 August 2026. No refunds will be issued after 07 August 2026. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing to eea2026@confer.co.nz.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Should you have specific requirements for food, mobility or any other requirements, please let us know at the time you register via the registration form.
Registration Types
The Member fees apply to Individual and Associate Members and employees working for an EEA Large, Medium/Small Corporate Member. To view the current list of Members, please CLICK HERE.

Graduate Registrations
EEA has introduced a Graduate Membership. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are a Graduate member of the EEA. For more information or to become a Graduate Member, please CLICK HERE. If you would like to use your free registration next year, please select the Individual Member fee.
