Each exhibitor registration includes the\u00a0 x2 Trade Exhibition Social Functions, Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunches.
\nNote: If you wish to have additional exhibitors on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlements stated above, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at a cost of $475.00 +GST each before 29 July 2022 and $525.00 +GST each thereafter.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n- \n

Vehicle or Large Equipment Displays<\/h2>\n
There is space available at Claudelands for you to have a vehicle or large pieces of equipment\/machinery on display.\u00a0 There is the option to do this within the exhibition hall or in the car park which is directly outside the exhibition hall.\u00a0 Prices are as follows:<\/p>\n$5,000 + GST for an indoor display with access to power
\n$2,500 + GST for an outdoor display with access to power\nThe following discounts are available to those that have already booked a stand:<\/p>\n25% discount if booked 1 full stand
\n10% discount if booked 1 half stand
\n50% discount if booked more than 1 stand, any size

Virtual Exhibition Stand<\/h2>\n
Note: As part of your face to face stand booking, you will also be registered for a virtual stand.<\/p>\n

The Virtual Exhibition will be open at multiple times\/days in June 2022 and during the in-person event in June, to give you more than one opportunity to meet attendees.\u00a0 All attendees registered for the face to face event and the virtual event will have access to attend the virtual exhibition.<\/p>\n
