Registration Types

The Full Registration includes all Morning & Afternoon Teas, Lunches and the Social Hours on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings.
The Half Day Registration on Tuesday includes Afternoon Tea and the Social Hour.
The One Day Registration on Wednesday includes Morning & Afternoon Tea, Lunch and the Social Hour.
The One Day Registration on Thursday includes Morning Tea and Lunch only.

The Member fees apply to Individual Members and employees working for an EEA Large, Medium/Small Corporate Member. To view the current list of Members, please CLICK HERE.

Please note there is an additional cost to attend the Conference Dinner.

Graduate Registrations

EEA have recently introduced a Graduate Membership. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are deemed a graduate. For more information or to become a Graduate Member, please CLICK HERE. If you would like to use your free registration next year, please select the Individual Member fee.

Exhibitors Registrations

Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only. Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form. The number of complimentary trade exhibitor registrations available per stand is shown on the Stand List, CLICK HERE to view.

If you wish to have additional Exhibitors registered on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlement, you will need to complete a Trade Exhibition Registration. The person from your company who booked your Trade Exhibition Stand/s will have been sent an email with a link to online Trade Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in March 2020. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and additional Trade Exhibitor registrations. The cost for additional exhibitor registrations is $475 +GST before 17 April 2020, and $525 +GST thereafter.

Payment Options

Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee.

We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to eea2020@confer.co.nz. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 26 May 2020. No refunds will be issued after 26 May 2020. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
