Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as Conferences &amp; Events Ltd.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nREGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:anzmac2019@confer.co.nz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">anzmac2019@confer.co.nz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations by 3 September 2019 will incur a NZ$150.00 cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations from 4 September 2019 to 31 October 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations on or after 31 October 2019 will receive no refund.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation of Social Events and Workshops:\u00a0Payments are non-refundable as at 31 October 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nAccommodation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Flexible terms and conditions apply to amendments or cancellations made up to 30 working days prior to the Conference. Cancellation charges will apply after Wednesday 31 October 2019.
