In the 20 years between then and now \u00a0my journey has taken me through various roles and study to my current position as a block Manager for T&amp;G Global at our Riwaka orchard. In my time in the industry I have been lucky enough to be given many amazing opportunities but have also come up against some challenges many of them unique to being a woman.
